At Bytesalt, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for our customers. This policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations and refunds for our test automation product, Bytesalt Runpad.
You can cancel your subscription to Bytesalt Runpad at any time by requesting so via email at contact@bytesalt.com. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After this period, you will not be charged for the next cycle.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the subscription. Cancellations will not result in a refund, but you will continue to have access to Bytesalt Runpad until the end of the current billing cycle.
